Our solutions

The key to developing solutions is to understand the problems that impact your organisations performance. You can find examples of some bespoke solutions developed by our clients to reveal the problems and opportunities. STRATEGY

We have developed a "Board game" that our clients use to identify the problems with their approach, strategy, the areas of problem, strength and opportunities. This game can be played by a single player or the team like any other board game. Our clients have primarily used the game to explain the strategy, identify the problems with the strategy, Identify what or who causes those problems and then come up with a clear action plan to address them. 

We have developed a "Value Benchmark" for one of our clients to help them measure and ensure that their employees live by the company values. They use this measurement in conjunction with other performance metrice to reward and recognise their employees  

 

EMPLOYEES

The patented behavioural framework is currently being used by different clients for different applications. The most common application is in the field of RECRUITMENT. Some client use it to specifically recruit SALES people and It is also used by some clients to determine the change in behaviour in employees after a training intervention. Some clients use the framework to identify ENGAGEMENT Styles of employees and use that information to reward and recognise employee contribution. Some clients use it to identify and manage talent from a behaviour perspective

  
 
CUSTOMERS

The C4 indicator is used by many clients to help them quantify the quality of the customer experience. It is also used by some of our clients to quantify the quality of internal customer(employees) experience. The CUBE on the other hand helps profile customer buying behaviour and use that understanding to redefine the service product offering. The LIFE BELT framework helps organisations look at the problem of managing customer experience holistically and organisations like The British Council and Lloyds Business bank have used it to define their customer management strategy.
