We work with our clients to help them solve their business challenges quite frequently. We conduct a thorough analysis of the business. We then talk to the leaders and employees of the business to understand the challenges they face. In the process we help them identify the purpose of what they are doing, the impact it is going to have on the business and the value every one add as a result. We then talk to our clients customers (current and past) to understand the true nature of the problem. In some cases we also conduct some mystery shopping to experience the clients performance first hand.

We then discuss our findings with the client to identify key elements that cause the challenge in the first place. Some clients use our tools to identify the problem that exists internally (people and or process issues) and guide them to address it first. We work with our clients and their employees to develop interventions, measures to monitor progress of such interventions and help them in executing it.

After a set period of time we interview with the customers and conduct the mystery shopping ourselves to see the impact of such interventions. The findings would be shared once again with the organisation to help them refine their offering.
